Our boiler repair service comes at a fixed hourly rate, plus the cost for any parts that are required. All our engineers are Gas Safe Registered, fully trained in all make and models of gas appliance. We also have our own internal training facility at our head offices where our engineers get regular professional development training to ensure the service they provide is at a consistent high standard time after time. We have 20 engineers employed covering Ayrshire, South Lanarkshire, Glasgow and Renfrewshire, providing 24/7 365-day emergency call out for a range of trades as well as 8 full time office members offering support to our customers. Regarding costs the first hour of our Gas Safe register Engineer’s time costs £84 (Inc. Vat) where they will aim to trace the fault, diagnose and fix the issue there and then if it’s possible to do so. If it isn’t possible to complete the repair at that point, we’ll confirm the remaining costs quickly and in advance of continuing the work to ensure you’re happy to progress. The work we undertake is guaranteed for 12 months

For a small monthly fee starting from £8.25, they can protect themselves from a large, unexpected repair bill & also receive a free annual service costing £84 included. All O’Neil Care members get access to engineers 24/7 365 days a year, priority call outs before of non-contract customers, which comes in handy during the cold winter months. We also cover plumbing & household electrics so we can cover the full house for one monthly fee.
