O’Neil’s is a family run company providing a full range of Gas, Plumbing & Electrical services to homeowners and businesses in Ayrshire, Renfrewshire, South Lanarkshire & Glasgow for the past 30 years.
We were formed in 1994 & in the last decade we have witnessed a steady growth in the business into different sectors as well as different geographical locations. We now employing 28 people & over the years have won several awards for our customer service & work in the community.
O’Neil’s carry out over 20,000 install, service and repair jobs across the private and public sectors each year. Our gas engineers are experts in installing, service and repairing all make and models of Gas appliances, our plumber are available to repair anything from a leaking tap to a full bathroom suite & our electricals can repair anything from light switches to installing EV chargers.

Combining years of expertise and industry know-how, with outstanding customer service, The O’Neil Boiler Company use all this experience, workmanship, connections & customer care to make it even easier to purchase a boiler from the trust O’Neil brand. Reducing your cost without compromising on quality and safety.
All our boilers are of the highest quality and are handpicked to meet the individual needs of our customers. All surveys and quotes are completed by a fully qualified gas engineer and not by a salesperson, guaranteeing that you are matched with the boiler you want and need and not the one a salesperson wants to sell you!
We also offer flexible payment plans, ensuring that if the worse happens, we can help you spread the cost of a new boiler by splitting the payment into more manageable instalments with no extra charge
O’Neil Care is part of the O’Neil trading company & offers homeowners and landlords peace of mind by protecting against potentially expensive boiler, central heating system, plumbing & electrical repairs through a range of fairly priced annual agreements, that all include a free boiler service worth over £78 each year. Our Gold Care costs £16.25 per month (£195 p/a) and has no limits on callouts, or excesses to pay either. We also offer homes care packages to cover your home plumbing and electrics to ensure you have complete peace of mind for any home emergency. We operate a 24/7 helpline for our customers, providing emergency access to our Gas Safe Registered Engineers and always SELECT accredited Electrician’s, with specifically designed systems and quality accredited processes to ensure we provide an efficient and timely service.
Our flexible, expert and forward-thinking approach to the services we provide means we have successfully grown the O’Neil Care membership to more than 6,000 customers and we look forward to welcoming more new members over the coming years from all over Scotland by continuing to focus on safety, quality and sustainability, whilst continuing to enhance our reputation as one of Scotland’s leading Gas, Plumbing and Electrical Services providers.
Our Repair and Service Division offers qualified and highly skilled tradesmen to repair and service all makes and models of gas appliances.
We also employ highly trained plumbers that are available to repair any plumbing issue you have such as a leaking tap, broken toilet, shower or leaking pipework.
This work takes us all over the west central of Scotland, as well as one off private household we also have many long-term contracts with insurance companies, estate agents, landlords & property companies.
The company is full qualified and accredited to install and repair Air Source Heat pumps, Solar PV, Battery storage & EV chargers. We are registered with MCS, Trust Mark & RECC. We have built a one of its kind “Green Energy Home” from scratch at our head office in Ayrshire which uses only green renewable energy to power the house. This also allows us to show customers all the new renewable energy technologies working live so they can interactive with them & understand more how they work. We feel its important to help educate customers in the opportunities these new technologies offer & feel the investment is the right thing to do as we all try to do our bit to achieve net zero. As well as the Green Home we have also invested and built a new purpose build training centre for our engineers to learn about new technologies and new skill in the green renewable sector. We also have a separate showroom available for customers as well a business clients to visit & view all the new products available nowadays.
